It was fine when it finally happened. The email bot scheduled me on the previous Friday when the doctor is not in, which was very inconvenient.

Today's visit with Dr. Norman was wonderful! He is very personable and used clear thinking and excellent communication skills with my husband to determine what treatment was necessary and most supportive for him. We are Grateful! He lived up to his high ratings!!
