Well, today's appointment was a little disappointing. Because I was rushed and he was rushed and I didn't feel like we had a very comfortable interaction. The very first time I came determined that I wanted to be one of his clients because he was so explanatory, he was so calm and thorough.
This time, not as much. However, it could be due to the fact that I was held up in traffic and arrived late for my appointment, if that was the case as to why he rushed me. I would have honestly preferred that he rescheduled me so that we could have had time and thoroughness. Sorry. I do like his overall manner.

We couldn’t ask for better care. Dr. Norman is a gifted physician, highly intelligent, kind and caring. He explains everything clearly and aswers all your questions. His staff reflects the same thoughtful care for patients.
My husband, who is also a doctor, will definitely recommend Dr. Norman to his own patients.

While my experiences with Dr. Norman have been very positive, Kadence (who handles my CPAP supplies) has repeatedly requested a complete prescription from him, but his front office continues to send it in to them WITHOUT his signature. Therefore nothing is shipped to me, and I have to continue making call after call, and I still don't have my supplies. I give Dr. Norman 5 stars, and his front office zero stars.
